Manage My Health is an online portal that makes it convenient and easy for you to access your health information, repeat prescriptions, and book appointments.
What is Manage My Health?
Manage My Health is a secure and private online system that allows you to:
Book in-person or virtual GP appointments (you'll see a calendar view of what appointments are available with each doctor, saving you time ringing in to the practice).
Order repeat prescriptions*
Access your lab/test results, immunisation records, allergies
Send/receive messages from your health centre
Share your health information with another health professional if you choose
*Please note that some conditions require more regular monitoring and therefore you may be asked to see a doctor on a more regular basis. You are required to be reviewed by a doctor at least every 6 months for your prescription to be completed.
How to Register
You will need an individual email address (not a family email address) and photo ID. Bring this into reception and our team will register you on our system. You'll then receive an email inviting you to activate your account, creating a login/password for future use.
