We are excited to announce that we now have a patient portal, Manage My Health available for our registered patients.
Manage My Health is a secure and private online system that allows you to: 

• Book your own GP appointments
• Order your repeat prescriptions
• Access your lab results, immunisation records, allergies
• Communicate with your general practice team
• Share your health information with another health professional if you choose

Registering for Manage My Health is easy. You will need an individual email address (not a family email address) and photo identification.
